Dry:

To work within a relative humidity of 45% or less. Relative low humidity prevents condensation on metallic surfaces and corrosion cannot occur in environments where the relative humidity is maintained below 50%.

Cool:

Controlled to within a moderate temperature range with acceptable maximums and minimums.

Clean:

Particulates filtered to within microns in order to provide a completely clean and particle-free environment.
