Hangars Flight Line (DASS)
DASS: Features
Features

Dehumidified Aircraft Shelter System (DASS) hangars allow aircraft, (ground equipment and parts?) to be parked on the flight line in a humidity-controlled environment, thus inhibiting corrosion, improving readiness, increasing flight safety and reducing maintenance.

They are modular in design, allowing the user to configure each system to accommodate any number of aircraft as well as to modify or move them as requirements change.

DASS Flight Line Hangars are purpose-built and manufactured of the highest quality materials to meet or exceed typical construction requirements. They can be installed rapidly by a team without crane support, are able to withstand sustained winds of 90MPH with gusts to 110MPH and a snow load of 20PSF.

Dehumidified Aircraft Shelter System (DASS) hangars:

  • Inhibit corrosion
  • Improve readiness
  • Increase flight safety
  • Reduce maintenance
